The continued success of World of Warcraft has helped raise Vivendi Games' revenues by over 25 per cent, to EUR 804 million, for the full year of 2006.
Other solid performers for the full year include new IP Scarface: The World is Yours and FEAR, movie tie-ins Ice Age 2 and Eragon, and The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning.
For the fourth quarter, Vivendi Games' revenues were up 33.1 per cent over the previous year, to EUR 326 million, again with World of Warcraft driving success.
Revenues for the entire Vivendi group, which includes music, pay TV, mobile and telecoms divisions, reached EUR 20.1 billion in 2006, a rise of three per cent of over 2005.
