Today Capcom announced smash hit Devil May Cry 4 will launch for the PC this summer. The intense gothic 3rd person action fighter will see a number of additional add-ons in the PC version and will even feature a playable demo before the game hits shelves. Not only will the demo allow DMC fans to slay demons, but the demo will also give players the chance to benchmark the game on their PCs.
Not intent on delivering just a straight port, Capcom is bringing over a number of new features. On top of being able to intensify the graphical settings, the game will include a new "turbo mode" that will speed up the game and will introduce the "Legendary Dark Knight Mode" which is only possible on the PC as it utilizes extra PC processing power to throw more enemies at you than ever before. Capcom has also given incentive to console players of DMC4 by changing where enemies spawn.
No specific date is set for the PC version of DMC4 but we do know the game will support DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 support. The game is rated Mature in the states and 16+ by PEGI in Europe.
