The Wall Street Journal has clarified comments it made recently that pegged Starcraft 2 with a $100m budget price-tag.
The publication incorrectly reported that Blizzard's highly anticipated RTS cost as much as Rockstar's own cash giant, Red Dead Redemption to develop.
The figure provided was actually for a small but popular online game called World of Warcraft, WSJ has said. Have you heard of it?
"A July 16 Technology article about the Starcraft sequel incorrectly said the company spent more than $100 million to develop the game; that figure referred to its "World of Warcraft" game," it said.
With the original price tag Starcraft 2 would have cost more than Rockstar's Western epic.
Blizzard today confirmed that reviews of Starcraft 2 will be held back until after the game's release on July 27.
