Sega has announced Parthia as the seventh of eight playable factions in Rome 2: Total War.Joining the Roman, Carthage, Macedon, Iceni, Arverni and Suebi factions previously revealed, Parthia is profiled on the Total War Wiki.Here's a description: "Swift riders clad in glittering scale-armour, the horsemen of the Parthian empire are exotic and truly formidable opponents in open-field battles. Displaying rare levels of tolerance and fairness in government, the Parthians are skilled statesmen, and their way of life represents a unique blend of Persian, Hellenistic and local cultures."
