The Deep Silver game Risen 2: Dark Waters has arrived on PC.
The pirate-flavoured RPG is of course a sequel to Risen, and is digitally distributed on PC. There are new gameplay elements this time around, including the ability for players to use firearms and 'dirty tricks' such as confusing enemies in combat.
Developer and distributor Deep Silver has already released two DLC offerings to go alongside the game. First up is the 'Treasure Isle', which is an extra quest including plot points from the first Risen, for £7.99, while 'A Pirate's Clothes' adds extra pirate clothes, funnily enough, as well as a special ring to increase the rate in which the player accumulates experience by five per cent, and costs £2.49.
The console version has been delayed slightly and should now reach the UK on August 3rd for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. http://www.pcr-online.biz/news/read/...s-on-pc/028268
