A new addition to Nvidia's GTX 700 GPU line-up is widely expected to debut later this month. VideoCardz.com reports that the GTX 760 is set for release on June 25th.
Word of the GTX 760 follows the recent releases of both the GTX 780 and 770 GPUs. As expected, the GTX 760 will likely replace Nvidia's current GTX660Ti as the mid-range option for PC gamers.
Clocking in with a stock speed of 980MHz, boostable up to 1033MHz, the stock GTX 760 offers 2GB of DDR5 RAM. Meanwhile, third-party vendors are set to offer as much as 4GB RAM with their upcoming editions of the card.
Replacing the GTX 660Ti, the 760 is likely to carry a similar price tag to its predecessor of between £225 – £250 and making it the affordable solution for high-end gaming.
