Atlus Online today announced a partnership to release Neo Steam™: The Shattered Continent in the Philippines. A fantasy-steampunk massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), Neo Steam has slowly become one of the more popular free-to-play (F2P) titles, with a growing community of dedicated fans and an unprecedented amount of exciting in-game events.

"Neo Steam: The Shattered Continent represents the consummate online community gaming experience," stated Jamie Ortiz, Head of Business Operations, Atlus U.S.A., Inc. "Few other F2P MMORPGs can brag about having as many in-game events or as hands-on a team of community managers. It's that level of dedication to the community and attention to detail that has helped Neo Steam stand apart from its peers, and why we're so excited to be able to work with Level Up! to bring the game to an entirely new audience in the Philippines."
