Publisher admits it has been too focused 'on what's to come' rather than on current issues
EA is inviting customers to provide feedback on its digital distribution platform Origin.
The publisher has asked users to leave comments on its website stating what they would like to see added or improved upon.
The company said that it “hadn’t always succeeded in communicating what’s already available” and had in the past been too focused on the future of the platform.
A live Q&A will be hosted by Origin creative director Robert Kissinger and product manager Mike Lewis on May 8th at 10am PST to discuss the issues facing the digital store.
Origin currently has accrued a customer base of more than 9.3millin users since its launch in June 2011, whilst the publisher claims the service has peaked at one million concurrent users in recent months.
