With the news of 3D Realms going under and -- by association -- Duke Nuke Forever going under, the Internet has been buzzing about what the decade-long development cycle would have yielded.
Today, the picture has become a bit clearer.
A plethora of screens and a gameplay synopsis popped up on VoodooExtreme.com earlier today from a few developers looking for work. The story reads like you'd expect a Duke game to go -- he's searching for something and driving an RC car, there's a clone research facility, Duke goes on a talk show and so on. Whether anyone will ever get to play this game remains to be seen, but at least you can now live vicariously through screens.
