Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut heads to PC

Hidetaka “SWERY” Suehiro‘s Deadly Premonition is coming to PC in improved form, through Steam.Rising Star Games is attempting to bring the updated version via Steam Greenlight, a decision it has put down to its lack of experience with Steam games.The Director’s Cut includes new scenarios, enhanced HD graphics and textures, a better control system, exclusive DLC, and Steam-exclusive trading cards and achievements.The announcement follows the reveal of Suehiro’s latest game, the Xbox One exclusive D4, which deals with similar concepts of time travel and death.We awarded the Xbox 360 version of Deadly Premonition an Edge 7, praising its ideas and ambition, but bemoaning clunky combat and a lack of polish.
