Armed with weapons, knowledge of the arcane arts and an ounce of bravery, the final word on the action-RPG is moments away...

This Friday sees the release of slash-'em-up and magic-fest Dark Messiah of Might & Magic for PC. As you'll no doubt be aware, the game's powered by Valve's Source engine and plunges players into a first-person perspective fantasy romp that melds gratuitous action with RPG character development - and our colleagues on PC Zone magazine reckon the end result of developer Arkane Studios' labours is definitely worth investing in.
