D2X-XL is an OpenGL-port of Descent II. Supported platforms are Linux, Mac OS X and Windows.

Depending on what files are missing, a list of those files will be displayed and D2X-XL will terminate if vital files aren´t available. Please note that this feature currently is only available for the MS Windows version and also works with the -userdir parameter.
