Details of THQ's Conan action game are starting to become apparent several months after the publisher signed it up.
Thanks to Game Informer magazine, we know that it's due out in the first quarter of next year, and that it's in development at Nihilistic Software, who had a stint on StarCraft: Ghost, you may remember, but are probably better known for Vampire: The Masquerade Redemption.
Platform details evade us, but the licensing deal - announced in November - was set to cover current- and next-gen consoles, PC, mobile and handhelds. THQ isn't saying anything else yet, with an official game announcement still yet to air.
It's also worth pointing out that the game, which will involve smashing your way through lots of enemies you've driven before you etc. etc. make your own jokes, is completely unrelated to the Age of Conan MMORPG that Funcom is developing for PC and Xbox 360.
