Civilization V: The Complete Edition is now available for download, 2K and Firaxis Games announced Tuesday.
The Complete Edition compiles the 2010 game, its two expansions Gods & Kings and Brave New World, and all additional map packs in one $49.99 package. It will arrive in retail in North America starting this week and internationally on February 7. The pack also contains a new setting titled Conquest of the New World Deluxe Scenario. A new take on a previously released pack for Brave New World, it adds more civilizations, a bigger policy and tech tree, more buildings and resources, and a new Victory Point system to the western expansion. All previous owners of Brave New World will receive the new scenario in a Steam update.
Firaxis has released a steady stream of content for the turn-based simulation game since its release in September 2010. It most recently released the Scrambled Continents and Scrambled Nations pack, which randomly generate geography for each playthrough, in fall 2013.
