Anno Online closed beta launches

A closed beta for Anno Online has launched today, as developer Blue Byte has announced. Players can sign up for a chance to get in today.Players will cooperate with up to 25 other players to build up their cities from a mere two buildings up to an empire.The free-to-play city builder is based on the popular Anno series, which had its first entry in 1998 as Anno 1602. The most recent entry in the series is Anno 2070, the first game in the series to take place in the future.
